What's with the new Ignite?! You may have noticed a new look to the Ignite Foodservice website. While that’s certainly true, it’s not everything.
We’re coming at you with a whole new way to deliver information, easier access to the services we provide, and streamlined processes that will help make your requests easier.
Let’s take a quick look at some of the things you can expect from the new Ignite.
We’re making a huge commitment to providing you with useful information delivered with a little bit of fun. As you may have seen on our Facebook, LinkedIn, or our Instagram page, we like to do things a little different here. So expect to get great information delivered in, quite possibly, outrageous fashion.
On the serious side, we’re creating a brand-new blog section of our website that will deliver information about foodservice trends, content segmented for the different types of operators out there, and we’ll provided some more nitty-gritty content that’s equipment focused. Expect our blog posts to run the gamut of relevancy.
MORE THAN INFORMATION
Yes, we’re a foodservice equipment manufacturer’s rep. That’s what we’re called, but it’s not what we do. Beyond helping educate our customers on the lines we carry, we’re also available for onsite evaluations, menu development, recipe advice, or even some one-on-one time with one of our experts.
SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT
We have two, world-class test kitchens set up for your convenience. Yes, you can stop by and try out any of our equipment, and you can also schedule to attend one of our entertaining demonstrations, whether it’s Wood Stone or A Taste of Alto-Shaam.
SERVICE AND PERSONALIZATION
We’re in the hospitality business. While your guests or customers expect great service from you, you should do the same with us. We will be improving many of our processes, from quote requests to service inquiries, that will make your lives easier.
We are also dedicated to providing you with only the information you want to read. If you’re a school nutrition director in Breckenridge, you don’t want to read about ways to improve the profitability of your bar. If you’re a bar owner in Scottsdale, you probably don’t care about getting students to buy more school lunches.
Because we want to personalize the content you receive, we’re asking you to do us a favor. Please take 30 seconds to tell us more about the things you want to hear about, and we’ll do our best to send you only the things that matter.
